To establish a Christian primary and secondary school in Benin this will exceed the needs of children who for a variety of reasons lack the opportunity for a healthy normal life. Every child deserves to grow up in a clean, healthy, nurturing environment. Studies prove that this enables children to grow into productive adults.

To establish and maintain a Christian school in an area of Benin where the need is greatest. Carmen Morris proposes to build or develop a school and residential structure where education, housing, medical, dental and cultural opportunities will be provided to children at risk of child trafficking and exploitation or children who have
been victimized.

Sanctuary of Moses will establish this school to educate boys and girls from kindergarten through high school.
The campus will host:

Homes
Classrooms
Clinic
Chapel and more
Children will have access to food, clothing, shelter, and education in a caring and clean environment.

The Sanctuary of Moses will serve children from the ages of four to seventeen by providing academic studies, sports, and other skills. In its second phase, The Sanctuary will serve approxiamately 500 children from ages four to seventeen with the end result being matriculation opportunities to colleges and universities and self-sufficiency in a trade. Graduates who have the desire and ability will be encouraged to pursue post-secondary education at universities and colleges throughout the world. Students interested in learning a trade or improving skills will be provided with leads to such opportunities. Students at the Sanctuary will be taught in French and English.
